STATEMENT OF USE EXPLANATION
After you have selected the most fitting category above for your intentions of using Nitrous Oxide as responsible distributors of Nitrous Oxide, we require a further explanation detailing how the Goods will be used for the category selected. Please explain why you have purchased the goods and why you have purchased that quantity. Please be aware if your explanation is deemed insufficient, your order may be held or cancelled. We withhold the right to refuse sale to anyone we do not think fit for sale of Nitrous Oxide.

Statement 2: I confirm that I have read the Safety Information provided on the Keepthepartygoing website and understand the hazardous and potentially dangerous nature of Nitrous Oxide if misused or mishandled. I will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the products are used only by the manufacturer's instructions and will be kept secure so that children or others cannot misuse them. I understand that inhaling Nitrous Oxide for its psychoactive effects is illegal, and I know that the inhalation of Nitrous Oxide carries a risk of severe health consequences, including but not limited to narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.
Statement 3: I confirm that I do not intend to misuse the Goods for their psychoactive effects or supply them to anyone you believe (i) may be under 18 years of age or (ii) may misuse them for their psychoactive effects.
Statement 4: I confirm that to re-sell any products purchased from Dial Delivery Limited, I must acquire authorisation from the company to do so as I am within their supply chain. Suppose I am authorised to re-sell the goods. In that case, I will ensure that the signage, labelling and safety information related to or accompanying the products explains it is for legitimate uses and does not suggest misuse.
Statement 5: I confirm that I will ensure the safe handling, storage and transportation of the Nitrous Oxide. I understand that shipping via air or boarding an aircraft with pressurised gases is hazardous and could be accused as an act of terrorism due to pressurised chargers exploding.

I know that my order is subject to a risk assessment before dispatch.
